Beijing Diagreat Biotech Co., Ltd. was founded in 2013. Its English name Diagreat means Diagnosis great company. It is a National High-tech Enterprise and a Zhongguancun High-tech Enterprise, an annual Beijing "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative" Small and Medium-sized Enterprise, a Beijing Golden Seed Enterprise, and has received honors such as the Deloitte Yizhuang Top 20. Since its establishment, the company has been deeply engaged in upstream key raw materials for in vitro diagnostics. With independent R&D of raw materials supporting continuous product innovation, it launches several innovative products ranging from raw materials to reagents every year. Among the company's core products, the POCT therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) series provides immediate and precise guidance for individualized precision medication; it is an innovative product series with several patents and international invention patents.
Diagreat possesses upstream key raw materials and technologies including diagnostic antibodies, antigens, enzymes, nucleic acid molecular detection, gene synthesis, primer and probe synthesis, and gene sequencing. Among them, the key raw material for nucleic acid molecular detection, TAQ enzyme, the proprietary heat-modified TAQ enzyme, reverse transcriptase, primers and modified probes have all achieved industrialized and standardized production.
The company participates in co-authoring more than 10 research papers each year, with single SCI impact factors above 6. It holds multiple domestic and international invention patents, and undertakes major national science and technology projects as well as multiple provincial and regional key research topics.
In 2019, Diagreat Biotechnology (Hunan) Co., Ltd. was established, with more than 2,000 square meters of standardized factory buildings completed, for the R&D and production of in vitro diagnostic reagents and instruments and innovative product series with invention patents: including fully automated chemiluminescence instruments and chemiluminescence reagent series, single-test chemiluminescence instruments, and fluorescence immunochromatography POCT products.
Diagreat holds 155 domestic in vitro diagnostic reagent registration certificates, including 94 biochemistry series, 32 POCT series, 4 POCT instruments, 20 therapeutic drug monitoring products, and 5 quality control products. It has 32 international CE certifications. Dozens of chemiluminescence innovative products are about to be launched.
The company also undertakes multiple national and local R&D projects. It undertakes one National Science and Technology Major Project: "Active Health and Aging Response (In Vitro Diagnostic Reagents)" (2019YFC200209); and one Beijing key special project: "Industrialized Application of Key Raw Materials for Nucleic Acid Molecular Diagnosis for In Vitro Diagnostics".
