Anhui Jiyuan Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiyuan Software) was registered and established in Hefei National High-tech Zone in August 2001. From 2001 to 2005, revenue exceeded 200 million RMB. Starting from 2006, the company entered a fast track of development, and the Jiyuan Software Park, located at No. 1800 Xiyou Road in the High-tech Zone, covering an area of 37.6 mu with a building area of nearly 30,000 square meters, was completed simultaneously. In 2009, it was wholly transferred to NARI Group Corporation (State Grid Electric Power Research Institute). On December 31, 2014, it officially became a wholly-owned subsidiary of State Grid Information & Telecommunication Group Co., Ltd.
In 2015, Jiyuan Software adjusted its corporate positioning and proposed a development strategy of "Three Cores, Three Supports", with deep integration, overall operation and maintenance, and user experience as the core, supported by testing and verification, technological innovation, and product research and development. 2016 marked the first year of Jiyuan Software's transformation from a "project-oriented" to a "product-oriented" company. Focusing on the main line of sustained, healthy, and stable development, Jiyuan Software strengthened advantageous businesses, expanded into emerging fields, established first-mover advantages in high-end, precise, and cutting-edge technology applications, and created one success case after another.
After 16 years of rapid development, Jiyuan Software now possesses assets of 1.6 billion RMB and employs 442 staff, including 320 professionals in various technical fields and 124 personnel with doctoral or master's degrees. The Operation and Maintenance Service Center and Customer Service Center of State Grid Information & Telecommunication Group, as well as the Cloud Data Center of State Grid Corporation of China, have moved into the Jiyuan Software Park in batches.
As a well-known high-tech enterprise and a provider of overall solutions for information and communication services in the industry, Jiyuan Software places great emphasis on building various core qualifications and honors. It has been consecutively rated as a "Key Software Enterprise within National Planning Layout" since 2007, is a backbone enterprise in the key sub-industry of China's software and information technology services—operation and maintenance services—and holds a leading position in it, and has been rated as one of the Top 100 Geographic Information Enterprises. It possesses qualifications including Computer Information System Integration Level I, Computer Information System Integration involving State Secrets Level B, Information Security Services (Security Engineering Level I, Disaster Recovery Level I, Risk Assessment Level II), National Surveying and Mapping (Geographic Information System Class A, Engineering Surveying Class C), ITSS Operation and Maintenance Capability Maturity Level II, Information System Integration and Service Qualification Operation and Maintenance Sub-item Level II, Electronic and Intelligent Engineering Contracting Level II, and Permits for Power Facility Installation (Repair, Testing) Level V. It has passed CMMI Level V and integrated management system certifications for quality, information security, environment, information technology services, and occupational health, and possesses a software testing laboratory accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS).
In 2017, Jiyuan Software, combining proprietary products and customized solutions, enhanced its overall operation and maintenance service capabilities covering planning and consulting, business applications, system software and hardware, and basic environments; strengthened its deep integration service level from ICT infrastructure design, integration, operation, optimization, and security monitoring to technical support; and embedded inspection and testing throughout the entire lifecycle of IT planning, construction, and operation and maintenance.
Jiyuan Software focuses on consolidating six major businesses—cloud data resource centers, trusted Internet identity authentication, overall operation and maintenance, audio and video products, quantum communication products, and BeiDou communication products—to enrich its product sequence as the main line. It strengthens and expands traditional businesses, invests in innovative R&D, cultivates new profit growth points, and promotes the company's transformation and upgrading toward a "product and service" type.
