Minzu Construction Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1995. It was formerly known as Hubei Minzu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (March 1995 to July 2012), Hubei Minzu Construction Group Co., Ltd. (August 2012 to August 2016), and Minzu Construction Group Co., Ltd. (August 2016 to present).
Minzu Construction Group Co., Ltd. is a national special-grade enterprise for general contracting of housing construction (first obtained in November 2018). It also holds first-class professional contracting qualifications for steel structure, building decoration, fire protection, and foundation and foundation engineering, as well as second-class qualifications for municipal public works, urban landscaping, and mechanical and electrical installation engineering. The group currently controls and invests in eight subsidiaries, including Hubei Jinxie Engineering Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., Wuhan Mingtai Engineering Design Consulting Co., Ltd., Wuhan Minshuntai New Building Materials Co., Ltd., Wuhan Minbo Property Management Co., Ltd., Wuhan Qingrun Technology Co., Ltd., Wuhan Baoyue Steel Trading Co., Ltd., and Wuhan Jiaxinsheng Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Co., Ltd. The group is a comprehensive large enterprise integrating construction, installation, steel structure, municipal engineering, fire protection, labor services, real estate development, and mining development.
The group has a registered capital of 400 million yuan, net assets of 722.3726 million yuan, 1,080 personnel with intermediate and senior professional titles and professional positions, and 68 certified construction engineers, including 59 first-class national construction engineers and 9 second-class construction engineers. In construction, the company adopts a scientific and complete management system, continuously operating for many years with the integrated management system of quality GB/T19001-2016, environment GB/T24001-2016, and occupational health GB/T28001-2011. The group's total assets are 1,697.19 million yuan, with more than 285 sets/pieces of various mechanical equipment.
