广州市社会福利院（挂广州市儿童福利院、广州市第二社会福利院、广州市第二儿童福利院、广州市儿童综合康复中心牌子）为广州市民政局直属公益一类正处级事业单位，创建于1957年，现有龙洞和黄埔2个院区，总占地面积21.2万平方米，共有床位1750张。本院主要承担孤残儿童、弃婴的养护、医疗、康复和教育等服务工作，是集养育、治疗、教育、康复、救助、科研、培训“七位一体”的综合性儿童福利机构。
