Qingdao Airlines Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qingdao Airlines") is mainly engaged in domestic and international air passenger and cargo transportation and related businesses. It was approved for preparation by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) on June 6, 2013, and was officially inaugurated on June 12 of the same year. On April 26, 2014, it successfully completed its maiden flight. Currently, it is a state-owned enterprise controlled by Qingdao City Construction Investment Group.
