Maersk Container Industry Qingdao (MCIQ) was established in 1998 spans an area of approximately 330,000 square meters. Specializing in the manufacturing of refrigerated containers cooling (refrigeration) units. MCIQ has grown significantly over the past 25 years, become a large-scale manufacturing enterprise with a workforce of more than 2,000 employees. MCIQ is part of Maersk Container Industry (MCI), a wholly owned Danish company, producing advanced reefer containers refrigeration units fthe intermodal transport sector. Our products served a global customer base, including shipping lines, fruit multinationals, leasing companies. We are driven by a desire to constantly improve the performance efficiency of our product portfolio. Our aim is to ensure optimum cargo care lowest energy costs, helping our customers meet their sustainability goals reduce total cost of ownership in their operations. Our headquarters are located in Tinglev, Denmark, where including R&D testing facilities, Commercial, Product Management, Customer Quality part of Procurement team etc. Our Qingdao facility (MCIQ) hosts our primary manufacturing operations, including Production, Quality Production, Production Technology as well as Supply Chain/Category Management other business functions etc. We also have a global network of over 400 service providers, ensuring our excellent customer service worldwide.
