Jiangxi Zhongan Electronic Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiangxi Zhongan Technology) is a comprehensive high-tech enterprise focusing on the security field, integrating software and hardware development, production and sales, data operations, and security consulting services.

In terms of software and hardware R&D, the intelligent control system for emergency shut-off valves independently developed by Jiangxi Zhongan Technology (see "Vehicle Safety Technical Conditions" 2017-7258) has obtained one patent and two software copyrights. Its products are widely used by dangerous goods vehicle manufacturers in Hebei, Shandong, Jiangxi, Hubei, and other places. It is currently the only manufacturer in Jiangxi Province providing such products, and established an R&D center in Hangzhou in 2021.

In terms of data operations, the Honghu Zhilian monitoring platform owned by Jiangxi Zhongan Technology is one of only two platforms in the province that independently passed the compliance review of the Ministry of Transport. It passed the qualification review of the Jiangxi Provincial Highway Transport Administration in 2014, becoming a highly competitive operator in Jiangxi Province qualified to participate in GPS/Beidou operations for "two passenger and one dangerous" vehicles and large trucks (including semi-trailer tractors) with a total mass of over 12 tons. It currently has more than 22,000 vehicles online, providing dynamic monitoring and risk identification data services for numerous transport enterprises, and is the first data operation service provider in the province to launch a comprehensive solution for dynamic monitoring risk avoidance.

In terms of security consulting services, Jiangxi Zhongan Technology has 6 registered safety engineers, 4 senior engineers, 52 long-term cooperative safety experts from inside and outside the province, and 16 own safety production standardization reviewers. It is the only safety production standardization evaluation institution organized in corporate form in Jiangxi Province, and provides third-party safety inspections and data analysis services in professional fields such as road transport, urban passenger transport, water transport, and traffic engineering for the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Transport and other local transport authorities.
