Jiangxi Xinyu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in 1984 with a registered capital of 108 million yuan. The company holds qualifications including Grade I general contracting for building engineering construction, Grade I general contracting for municipal public works, Grade I professional contracting for building decoration and renovation engineering, Grade II general contracting for water conservancy and hydropower engineering, Grade II professional contracting for steel structure engineering, Grade II professional contracting for ancient architecture engineering, Grade II professional contracting for building mechanical and electrical installation engineering, Grade II professional contracting for foundation engineering, Grade II professional contracting for fire protection facility engineering, Grade II professional contracting for building curtain wall engineering, and Grade III professional contracting for urban and road lighting engineering. In December 2015, the asset restructuring of Jiangxi Xinyu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was completed. In October 2016, the registered capital was increased from 108 million yuan to 608 million yuan, actively preparing for the application of super-grade qualifications. The company currently has more than 800 employees, including over 50 personnel with intermediate and senior professional titles, with an average age of 36. In February 2016, the company began rapid growth at a rate of nearly 2 projects per month.
