Jiangxi Datang International New Energy Co., Ltd.

Jiangxi Datang International New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was registered and established in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province in September 2011. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Datang International and is affiliated with Datang Jiangxi Branch. It is mainly responsible for the preliminary development, engineering construction, production and operation management of new energy projects within Jiangxi Province. The Company has 8 functional departments and owns three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Yongxiu Wind Power Company, Fengcheng Wind Power Company, and Anyuan Wind Power Company.
At present, Jiangxi Datang International New Energy Co., Ltd. has three wind farms in operation: Jishan Wind Farm, Yuhuashan Wind Farm, and Jiulongshan Wind Farm, with a total capacity of 191,500 kilowatts. Four wind farms have been approved and are awaiting construction: Xingzi Shaling Wind Farm, Xunwu Luanluozhang Wind Farm, Fengcheng Shenghuashan Wind Farm, and Anyuan Shitoushan Wind Farm, with an approved capacity of 164,500 kilowatts. In addition, the total planned reserve capacity of wind power projects is approximately 1.5 million kilowatts, accounting for about 45% of the total planned capacity in Jiangxi Province.
