Beijing Jiaoda Sinuo Technology Co., Ltd. was established on June 6, 2001, and was among the first batch of enterprises certified by the Ministry of Railways for railway transportation safety equipment production in 2005. Since its inception, Jiaoda Sinuo has been dedicated to the field of train operation control systems. To build a complete train control onboard system and fully master core safety technologies, the company has continuously progressed over the years, adhering to independent research and development, original innovation, and increasing technological investment, achieving fruitful results. In 2007, the company successfully developed the Track Circuit Reader (TCR), which was applied to high-speed passenger dedicated line EMUs such as those on the Beijing-Tianjin and Wuhan-Guangzhou lines, with stable and reliable performance. In 2008, the company successfully developed the balise system (including ground balises, onboard query transmitters, and balise transmission modules), which passed the technical review of the Ministry of Railways, becoming the first in China to own fully independent intellectual property rights for balise systems, filling domestic technical gaps. These new products and technologies have strongly promoted the progress of China's railway science and technology and serve as the pillars of the company's development. Looking globally and benchmarking international standards, the company's related products have successively passed tests at the European Balise Test Center (CEDEX) in Spain, SIL4 functional safety assessment, CRCC certification, and other third-party certifications, obtaining production licenses for railway transportation safety/basic equipment from the National Railway Administration, and receiving honors such as the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the Beijing Independent Innovation Product Certificate, and the First Prize of Railway Science and Technology from the China Railway Society. In 2017, the company passed relevant certifications and obtained the qualification of Beijing Enterprise Technology Center.
