The company holds three Grade A general contracting qualifications for housing construction engineering, municipal public engineering, and mechanical and electrical installation engineering, as well as multiple specialized contracting qualifications for chemical and petroleum engineering, urban road lighting engineering, steel structure engineering, building decoration and renovation engineering design and construction, and fire protection facility engineering design and construction. Its controlled subsidiary, Shenzhen Construction (Group) Co., Ltd., holds the Special Grade qualification for general contracting of construction engineering construction.
With the continuous development of the enterprise, Jian'an Group adheres to deepening reform, innovative operation, standardized management, and scientific development, gradually expanding into fields such as green technology, smart construction, and prefabricated construction. At present, the company has successively established Shengteng Technology Industrial Park Co., Ltd. to develop prefabricated construction; set up a postdoctoral innovation practice base to strengthen research on green technology and smart construction technology; and established Hengzhuo (Shenzhen) Green Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. to convert construction waste, residual mud and slag, and solid waste into reusable building materials, promoting the sustainable development of the construction industry.
