Chongqing Dafang Ecological Environment Treatment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was established in December 2001, with a total share capital of 85.87 million yuan. In October 2010, the Company completed restructuring and was listed on the Chongqing Equity Exchange Center. On September 21, 2015, the Company was officially listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), with stock code: 833539.

Over the past decade, the Company was a landscape construction engineering enterprise integrating landscape design, landscape engineering construction, and greening maintenance, and has successively undertaken hundreds of government municipal and large-scale developer landscape engineering projects. After three years of strategic transformation, the Company successfully transformed after acquiring Guangzhou Wodeduode Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. in October 2014, and is gradually becoming a water body ecological treatment environmental protection enterprise integrating technology research and development, production, design, construction, maintenance, and financial cooperation. The Company mainly uses PECT, CECT and other pollution control and ecological restoration technologies to provide one-stop services including technical solutions, engineering design, engineering construction, adjustment and maintenance for water body pollution control and treatment, ecosystem construction and restoration in urban rivers, natural lakes, water supply reservoirs, constructed wetlands, artificial landscapes and other fields.

The Company has Grade I national landscape greening construction qualification, Grade A Chongqing environmental pollution treatment qualification, Grade III municipal public engineering general contracting qualification, Grade B landscape planning and design qualification, Grade A afforestation and greening construction qualification, and Grade III urban and road lighting construction professional contracting qualification. It can independently complete the design and construction of large-scale municipal landscape, large-scale municipal park green spaces, residential area greening, large-scale musical fountains, etc., carry out ecological restoration of open-pit abandoned mines, rejuvenation of ancient and famous trees, and can carry out pure ecological water body treatment and underwater three-dimensional landscape design and construction.

In the future, the Company is positioned as "an industry-integrated dual-high enterprise specializing in solving water body ecological treatment problems", including:
One design institute: Water Doctor Research and Design Institute. The Aquatic Institute was completed in 2013 and has provided dozens of technical solution designs for reservoirs and lakes in various places that need water body treatment.
One research center: Surface Water Ecological Restoration Engineering Technology Research Center. Co-established with Chongqing University in March 2015.
One laboratory: Ecological Restoration Research Laboratory. To be co-established with Southwest University.
One industrial park: Ecological Water Body Treatment Special Organism Domestication and Breeding Industrial Base, started construction in August 2015, with a total investment of 20 million yuan.
One consortium: Lake and Reservoir Engineering Integrated General Contracting Body.
One after-sales service subsidiary: Lake and Reservoir Treatment Management and Maintenance Subsidiary. Long-term management and maintenance of treatment projects, with a ten-year warranty.
