江西省社会科学院创建于1984年,是江西省*的省级哲学社会科学综合研究机构，是服务江西省委、省人民政府重大决策的省政府直属事业单位。我院致力于以学术着作、学术论文、调查研究报告以及学术刊物等形式，向各级党委、政府和社会提供社会科学研究产品。主持承担了包括国家社会科学基金重大项目、国家自然科学基金项目、江西省经济社会发展重大招标项目、江西省自然科学基金重大项目、江西省软科学研究计划重大招标项目以及江西省科技支撑重点项目等在内的国家和省级重大课题，积极推进江西省委宣传部支持的江西省理论创新工程，发表了一系列重要学术论着，向党委、政府提交了大量有重要决策参考价值的咨询报告。
