The company is headquartered in Shenzhen. It has a wholly-owned subsidiary, Shijiazhuang Tongye, a Beijing office, and multiple maintenance service stations in various locations, with its sales and service network covering the whole country.

It mainly provides four major categories of products and maintenance services: power supplies, network control, energy management, and fan motors.
