Excellence has been involved in urban redevelopment since 2000, and has been deeply engaged in the industry for 20 years. In 2013, it established the Urban Renewal Group. The business of Excellence Urban Renewal Group covers various types of urban renewal and land consolidation, including demolition and reconstruction, and whole-village planning. Its renewal scope covers many fields such as old commercial areas, old industrial areas, old villages, and old residential renovation, and benchmark projects have been successfully implemented in each field. After years of accumulation, Excellence Urban Renewal Group has established a complete set of standardized operating procedures and standardized management systems unique to Excellence. Cooperative projects within Shenzhen have reached the core areas of each administrative district, while comprehensively covering the core cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and actively expanding to first-tier cities and high-GDP-growth cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Qingdao. Since 2018, it has been continuously elected as the executive vice-president unit of the Guangdong Province Three-Old Renovation Association and the president unit of the Shenzhen Urban Renewal Association, and was awarded the 2021 China Real Estate Urban Renewal Outstanding Enterprise.
