Chengpin Kuaipai was founded in March 2010. It is a brand-new platform upgraded from the original "Kuaipai QR Code" after the merger of the former Beijing Lingdong Kuaipai Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Century Yunlian Technology Development Co., Ltd. Chengpin Kuaipai has long focused on automatic identification technology and independently developed unique 3D code anti-counterfeiting and traceability technology, effectively expanding the information capacity of QR codes to form a 3D code with composite functions. At the same time, it decrypts and reads the code through its mobile client "Chengpin Kuaipai" with independent intellectual property rights, providing commodity information management and query services for governments, enterprises and consumers, and building a more direct and comprehensive multi-functional bridge between consumers and honest commodities.
Chengpin Kuaipai has now formally signed a contract with Northeast Securities and started shareholding reform, and is expected to be listed on the New Third Board in the second half of 2015.
