Origins of Zhouxiang Zhouxiang originates from the Qianxiang of the Zhouyi. The ancient saying goes, and the Xici says: "The ceaseless production and reproduction is called Yi; the formation of images is called Qian; the imitation of models is called Kun." The image chosen is Qian as its counterpart, and this is called Qianxiang. Qianxiang means heavenly phenomena, and the heavenly phenomena are the Big Dipper, the seven stars that resolve misfortune. However, Qianxiang is homophonous with money box, carrying a worldly flavor, so it was changed to Zhouxiang. Zhou: it means complete circle, meaning thorough and considerate, and takes the Qian of Zhou; Xiang: it imitates a divine beast, gentle and modest, with an elephant trunk that sucks water, using water as the medium to bring prosperity in all directions. Turning to the Zhouxiang icon, the outer shape is square and the inner is upright. What Zhouxiang follows is the principle of being upright and honorable in conducting oneself and fair and just in handling matters; because all things cannot be entirely complete, and everything must flow through, Zhouxiang leaves four gaps on each side, symbolizing access in all directions and broad inflow of resources. Among the many different fonts, for the two characters Zhouxiang, we use small seal script as the main logo. What is seen is the font, but what is embodied is the advocacy of law in the pre-Qin period, the unification of laws in the Qin dynasty, and acting in accordance with the law.
