Qin Xiyan United Law Firm is a nationally renowned comprehensive law firm led by Qin Xiyan, a representative of the 11th and 12th National People's Congress, a National Model Worker, one of the first National Top Ten Lawyers, a member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, a supervisor of the Supreme People's Court, a supervisor of the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China, a counselor of the Hunan Provincial People's Government, a doctoral supervisor in law at Xiangtan University, an expert enjoying special government allowances from the State Council, and a legal advisor to Hunan Province. Originally named Hunan Second Law Firm, the firm was established in May 1988 and renamed Hunan Huxiang Law Firm in October 1995.
