Tianhe International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. is a foreign-invested financial leasing company jointly established by Guangdong Hengjian Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. with domestic and international institutional investors. Registered on November 3, 2015, in the Nansha Area of the Guangdong Free Trade Zone, with a registered capital of USD 487.3 million, it is the only aircraft leasing platform owned by the Guangdong provincial government.
Currently, Tianhe Leasing has a fleet of 28 aircraft with an asset value exceeding RMB 12 billion. In the global aircraft leasing company fleet ranking published by Flight Global, Tianhe Leasing ranks 71st globally in fleet asset value and 19th among Chinese companies. The company's development speed and professional capabilities are widely recognized in the industry.
Tianhe Leasing has created numerous innovative financial and business models during its development. Its aircraft leasing project with Emirates Airlines marked Guangzhou's first aircraft leasing business transitioning from an offshore leasing structure to an onshore one. Together with Guangdong Airport City Aviation Development Co., Ltd., it developed an innovative development model for Czech Airlines combining aircraft leasing with virtual airline charter operations, providing quality integrated solutions to airline customers. In cooperation with Guangzhou Airport Economic Zone Committee, it achieved an innovative capital operation model of "aircraft leasing + fund investment" for China Southern Airlines, becoming a landmark aircraft leasing project in the airport economic zone.
Leveraging its successful globalization strategy, the company has made extensive global deployments, establishing business platforms in Nansha, Tianjin, Hong Kong, Ireland, the Cayman Islands, Xiamen, and Shanghai. It has built long-term and close cooperative relationships with major global airlines, with customers widely distributed in China, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Overseas projects now account for 46% of the company's total project investments, gradually establishing a global aviation market layout covering Europe and America, radiating to Southeast Asia and countries along the Belt and Road.
