Development History 2002: Emdoor was founded and became a value-added distributor of embedded development tools such as Emutec, Paradigm, Sophia, and Ashling. 2006: Emdoor became ARM's value-added distributor of tools in China; provided an embedded development platform for the "Intel Cup National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest." 2008: Emdoor became ARM's value-added distributor of development tools in China and an Altium ATC officially authorized training institution; Emdoor Information was founded and began industry customization business. 2010: Emdoor Digital was founded and began to enter the consumer mobile terminal market; tablet PC shipments accounted for about 20% of the white-box market; Emdoor Electronics became the CTE representative of MSC's value-added distributor in China. 2014: Emdoor Electronics became ANSYS's value-added distributor in China; Emdoor Information officially entered the field of rugged tablets, focusing on vertical industry markets; Emdoor Digital worked with MTK to deepen its presence in the consumer tablet market. 2015: Emdoor Virtual was founded and launched a detachable VR based on Intel's main control chip; Emdoor Electronics became the value-added distributor of QT and TestPlant in China; Emdoor Information successfully launched a 10.1-inch Intel & Microsoft industry application rugged tablet; Emdoor Digital became Google's ODM strategic partner; and worked with Intel to begin product development on the Core-m platform. 2019: Emdoor Electronics became the value-added distributor of multiple products in China, including Eplan, GreenHills, and Minitab; Emdoor Information achieved comprehensive independent R&D coverage from small-size to large-size rugged products; Emdoor Digital began to deepen its presence in the AI Speaker field; AMD products shipped at scale; established deep cooperation with major Chinese network operators; Emdoor Virtual cooperated with ZTE on 5G projects; and launched a standardized/modular detachable XR host. 2021: Emdoor Electronics established the Chengdu branch and actively expanded business in western China; Emdoor Information launched high-performance rugged products based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon series and Intel i5/i7 series; Emdoor Digital began to enter the gaming laptop and Xinchuang product markets; Emdoor Virtual launched interactive immersive VR experience products for Party building/science popularization/education; the 6DoF VR all-in-one machine iQIYI Dream, developed in cooperation with iQIYI, was officially released. 2022: Emdoor Electronics expanded its scale, and its Shanghai and Beijing offices moved; Emdoor Digital jointly released with Intel; RiNow intelligent audio and video conferencing terminal; Emdoor Virtual launched a mature 6DOF R&D and production solution and an MR device with VST function; the Shenzhen Pingshan headquarters ---- Emdoor Building was topped out. 2023: Emdoor Information was listed (stock code: 001314) and developed a diversified product line.
