Wulong Power (Chongqing) Lithium Battery Materials Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shian Group Co., Ltd. ("Shian Group"). It was established in December 2011 in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area, and is engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of lithium-ion battery cathode materials (including cathode materials for various applications such as batteries for information electronic products, automotive power batteries, and energy storage batteries). It has currently built and put into operation two production lines, with an annual production capacity of 2,400 tons.


Shian Group is committed to investing in the fields of energy conservation, environmental protection, and clean energy. The Group is listed on the Main Board of Hong Kong (Stock Code: 0378), with a market value of approximately HK$6.5 billion. Wulong Electric Vehicles (Group) Co., Ltd. ("Wulong Group") is its single largest shareholder.

Wulong Group is a vertically integrated electric vehicle manufacturer engaged in independent research and development, design, and production of electric vehicles including buses, large buses, medium buses, commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, and other special-purpose vehicles; research and development, production, distribution, and sales of lithium-ion batteries; and provision of electric vehicle leasing services. Wulong Group also operates electric vehicle production plants in Hangzhou and Kunming, China.
