Sunshine 100 Property was established in 2003 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunshine 100 Real Estate Group (listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in March 2014 along with the group). As a national first-class property management qualification enterprise, the company currently has 8 subsidiaries and 21 branches, with more than 3,500 professional service personnel of various types and approximately 100,000 service customers. There are 26 service projects, covering 20 large and medium-sized cities including Beijing, Tianjin, Chongqing, Changsha, Shenyang, Wuxi, Yantai, Dongying, Nanning, Liuzhou, Guilin, Wuhan, Chengdu, Weifang, Qingyuan, Yixing, Lijiang, Wenzhou, Changzhou, and Putian. It has successively won numerous awards such as National Customer Satisfied Enterprise (Property Management Industry), National Top 100 Property Service Enterprises, Outstanding Brand Enterprise in China's Property Management Industry, and Provincial Excellent Property Management Projects. At the beginning of its establishment, the company focused on the standardization and scientific nature of management, and successively passed ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification, and OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification; in 2014, it introduced international high-end property service standards and joined the "World Golden Key Property Alliance"; and it took the lead in launching and applying the Amoeba UTF business model in property management in China, opening up a path of property management development with Sunshine 100 characteristics. Under the wave of the Internet, Sunshine 100 Property looks to the future, forges ahead, and fully introduces Internet platforms. In 2015, it chose to cooperate with Great Wall Property and Qianding Hulian respectively, strengthening internal control through the use of the Great Wall O-PMS system; with the help of the Qianding Hulian APP, it shares the Qianding Internet Life Service Platform with Longfor Property, striving to create a path of high-end property services and humanized service development. After ten years of cultivation and ready to take off, Sunshine 100 Property completed the integration of nationwide system resources in 2014 and established Sunshine 100 Property Development Co., Ltd., achieving the unification of the nationwide strategic development thinking and service standard system, marking a new step for Sunshine 100 Property. The Hunan Branch of Sunshine 100 Property Development Co., Ltd. was established on April 10, 2008. The company has a registered capital of 5 million yuan and currently has more than 200 in-service employees. It currently has a main project, Sunshine 100 International New Town, with a management area of 1,109,260 square meters. The company has successively won honorary titles such as Changsha Excellent Property Management Project in 2006 and Changsha Excellent Property Management Enterprise in 2007. On November 6, 2008, the company officially upgraded from National Third-Class Qualification to National Second-Class Qualification, becoming one of the 48 second-class qualification enterprises in Hunan Province. And on December 31, 2008, it officially became a governing unit of the Hunan Property Management Association. In 2009, it won the title of Hunan Province Excellent Property Management Enterprise. In 2010, the company officially upgraded from National Second-Class Qualification to National First-Class Qualification.
