Yishu Technology, full name Beijing Yishu Technology Co., Ltd., was established in March 2015, with its office located at Beijing Global Trade Center and a branch office in Shenzhen. It is a company specializing in innovative smart wearable products, having received a total of 40 million RMB in investment from Haier during its angel round.

Its first product, the Yishu Wrist Projector (hereinafter referred to as ASU Cast One), was launched at CES 2016 in the United States on January 6, 2016. This is the world's first projector-type wearable product, featuring the smallest optical engine module globally, based on Qualcomm's hardware platform, running the ASU Wear operating system deeply customized from Android, and designed and manufactured with innovative processes, achieving an industry breakthrough.

Technical R&D personnel make up over 90% of Yishu Technology's team, with a founding team of 5 members who have extensive work experience in multinational technology companies, top domestic technology firms, and internet companies.

The product department is mainly responsible for product definition and supply chain management. Defining new product categories is a key challenge in their work; the hardware department focuses on hardware R&D and iterative upgrades. New product categories imply new manufacturing processes; the software department is responsible for operating system development and platform maintenance. The wrist projector runs a deeply customized operating system based on Android 5.1, which is a different aspect for wearable products. The leaders of the three technical departments come from advanced multinational technology companies such as Motorola and Sony, with over 15 years of industry experience or experience managing large-scale projects.

Mr. Cao Teng, CEO and co-founder of Yishu Technology, also serves as Global CEO of Haier Communications, with 16 years of executive experience in foreign enterprises, having worked at renowned companies such as Sony Ericsson (China), Electrolux, and Motorola (China). During his five years at Sony Ericsson, he helped achieve sales growth from 0 to 10 billion RMB in the China region; he then joined Electrolux to oversee sales operations, helping Electrolux China achieve a historic turnaround from losses to profits; in 2009, he joined Motorola, helping it return to the ten-billion-dollar club. He has very rich experience in sales management in the home appliance and consumer electronics fields.
