Chongqing Wenbing Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was founded in 2004. It is an enterprise specializing in the production of automotive stamping parts, welded parts, and home appliance components. Its main customers include: Haier Group, Chongqing Changan Industry (Group) Co., Ltd., Dongfeng Xiaokang Automobile Co., Ltd., Chongqing Lifan Passenger Vehicle Co., Ltd., Chongqing Cafor Automotive Braking and Steering System Co., Ltd., Chongqing Dajiang Xinda Vehicle Co., Ltd. and other large enterprises.

The Company's headquarters is located in the East Zone of Haier Industrial Park, Wuliping, Jiangbei District, and its branch is in Xiyong Urban Industrial Park, Shapingba District. The total production area is 30,000 m², with an auxiliary area of 5,135 m². There are 14 hydraulic presses, 26 stamping presses, and 13 welding machines, including one set of welding robots and 5 auxiliary equipment. The Company's current total production capacity is 2.6 million stamping strokes per month, with actual usage of 2.2 million stamping strokes per month.
The Company currently has more than 300 employees, of whom management personnel account for 13% and technical development personnel account for 11%. The Company has a group of highly qualified professional mold design and development personnel who can independently develop, design, and manufacture various automotive stamping and welding parts. The designers are proficient in various drawing software and skilled in using tools such as APQP, FMEA, and DOE. Since its establishment, the Company has developed more than 200 products.
The Company has a professional quality management team familiar with various quality control tools, with strong data statistical analysis capabilities, able to identify problems in advance and handle them promptly. It has a complete set of software and hardware testing equipment to ensure quality requirements for raw material entry, production processes, warehouse storage, and transportation.
The Company has its own transportation team with 16 vehicles of various sizes, ensuring customer product transportation needs.
The Company uses ERP software for finance and has a highly qualified financial team. The Company has fixed assets of 80 million yuan.
According to the Company's development needs, after acquiring 70 mu of land in the Yufu Industrial Park of Liangjiang New Area, the planned factory area is 35,000 m², office area is 4,000 m², and an employee living area is planned within the factory. The Company plans to invest 250 million yuan, with annual output value of 400-450 million yuan, and plans to increase employees to 800.
