Founded in 1988 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2008 (stock code: 002252), Shanghai RAAS is an important strategic layout in the biomedical industry under Yikang Yisheng, the health sector of Haier Group. It ranks among the top in the national blood products industry and is a leading manufacturer of blood products with high comprehensive plasma utilization, complete product structure, and leading quality in the domestic industry.

Since its establishment, Shanghai RAAS has adhered to the quality policy of "Safety, Quality, Efficiency," operating six blood product production bases in Shanghai, Hefei, Zhengzhou, Wenzhou, Nanning, and Hengyang, and 53 plasma collection stations. Its main products include three categories - albumin, globulin, and coagulation factors, with a total of 12 varieties, registered in multiple countries.

Shanghai RAAS consistently prioritizes R&D investment and promotes innovative research in the biomedical field. The company has achieved multiple domestic "first" breakthroughs, including virus-inactivated human coagulation factor products. It holds 101 authorized patents (domestic and international) and 25 software copyrights, one of which is an invention patent granted in nine countries including China and the United States. Meanwhile, through self-developed, patent licensing, and technology introduction approaches, it selects unique and innovative targets for recombinant protein drug development. Currently, its groundbreaking research findings in the non-factor procoagulant therapy for hemophilia have received approval for clinical trials.
