Xianda Group was founded in 1996. After nearly 20 years of dedicated development, it has grown into an investment holding group with urban natural gas, compressed natural gas (CNG) filling stations, and real estate development as its leading industries, while also engaging in property management, commerce and trade, and other fields. Currently, the company's investment projects are mainly concentrated in Chongqing, Hubei, Sichuan, and other places.
The group has three natural gas utilization enterprises: Jingzhou Natural Gas Development Co., Ltd., Jianli Natural Gas Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Juneng Investment Co., Ltd. It has three real estate development enterprises: Jingzhou Jinghu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Luzhou Xianda Investment Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Chuncheng Property Development Co., Ltd.
Chongqing Chuncheng Property Development Co., Ltd. was established in June 2000. It has cumulatively developed and constructed projects in Chongqing including "Chuncheng Wenxin Jiayuan," "Chuncheng Chuandong Mingzhu," "Chuncheng Yayunxuan," and "Chuncheng Siji," with a total construction scale of 450,000 square meters.
Jingzhou Jinghu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was established in March 2003 and has cumulatively developed a total construction scale of 500,000 square meters in Jingzhou. It has successively created a number of residential projects with excellent quality and good reputation, such as "Jinghu - Meishulin," "Jinghu - Meilin Hupan," "Jinghu - Jingjing Jiayuan," and "Jinghu - Shangcheng." Currently, the company's Meilin Yuefu project is under development, with a scale of approximately 320,000 square meters. The project adheres to the construction concept of "Heart of the City, All-Round Life Special Zone," and is equipped with a luxurious sports club, a stylish commercial street, a quality kindergarten, and more. It is dedicated to creating a model of urban life that integrates living, sports, commerce, education, and other functions.
Jingzhou Natural Gas Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and governs Jianli Natural Gas Co., Ltd. As of now, it has built: one natural gas transmission and distribution system, one gate station, and one distribution station each, as well as one CNG filling station each on Hongguang Road and Nanhuan Road. Since 2010, it has been a "Major Taxpayer" in Jingzhou City for three consecutive years; in 2012, it was recognized as an "Honest Unit" by millions of consumers in the province and city; and it was awarded "Excellent Unit" in Jingzhou City's democratic appraisal of industry conduct.
Luzhou Xianda Investment Co., Ltd. was established in 2009. Currently, the company's Fenghuanghu project has a planned land area of 3,000 mu, with approximately 1,000 mu for development. The project products are mainly a five-star hotel, an international retirement community, a distinctive commercial center, and high-end residential areas of different formats, complemented by facilities such as a country park, schools, and hospitals, with an estimated investment of 2 billion.
