Founded in 2009, ZhenDi is an AI-empowered robotics company with the mission of "Innovate the Future, Change the Future", the vision of "Creating a business that changes the world", and the corporate culture of "Learning, Innovation, Execution" and the corporate spirit of "Insight, Perseverance, and Willingness to Sacrifice". The company has always adhered to the product R&D concept of combining "Technology + Art", continuously accumulated core technologies, and possesses full-industry-chain R&D capabilities. Currently, ZhenDi is the world's only robotics company that spans air, surface, and underwater, and is also the only high-tech robotics company that has achieved mass production of underwater robots with AI as its core technology. ZhenDi has accumulated nearly 1,000 independent intellectual property rights (patents, trademarks, copyrights), including nearly 400 core technology invention patents. Currently, it has established 14 wholly-owned subsidiaries in China (Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Suzhou), the United States (Silicon Valley), Finland (Helsinki), and Japan (Tokyo), with 3 R&D centers in China (Beijing, Suzhou) and Finland (Tampere), and 5 sales, operations, and after-sales service institutions in the United States (El Paso), Finland (Helsinki), Japan (Tokyo), Hong Kong, and Singapore. Sales channels for various products have covered more than 90 countries worldwide. Since its inception, ZhenDi has always adhered to independent innovation, focusing on solving user pain points with AI and the latest robotics technology. It has successively launched innovative products such as the industry-grade UAV PowerEye (Golden Eye), the world's first consumer-grade egg-shaped UAV PowerEgg (Little Giant Egg), the world's first mass-produced underwater robot PowerRay (Little Manta Ray), the surface robot PowerDolphin (Little Dolphin), the intelligent fish finder PowerSeeker, and the world's first all-weather, all-scenario, all-platform AI camera PowerEgg X (Snapshot Egg). The products have won numerous influential international and domestic awards, including the German Red Dot Design Award, the American IDEA Industrial Design Award, the German IF Design Award, and the Chinese红星 Design Award's Grand Prize of Supreme Gold. The outstanding innovation and R&D strength enabled the surface robot PowerDolphin (Little Dolphin) to win the domestic first "Technology Oscars" - the American [Edison Invention Award] Gold Prize on April 4, 2019, and PowerEgg X (Snapshot Egg) again won the [Edison Invention Award] on April 1, 2020. ZhenDi also became the first high-tech company in China to continuously receive the [Edison Invention Award], showcasing China's technological transformation from "Made in China" to "Smart Manufacturing in China" and "Created in China".
