Shenzhen Nongke Group Co., Ltd. was established in 2002, restructured as a whole from the Nongke Center, a municipal bureau-level public institution established in 1985. The company has a registered capital of 200 million yuan, with 10 wholly-owned holding companies and the Nongke Research Institute under it. Its business involves space breeding, transgenic engineering, ecological park construction, livestock and aquaculture, landscape design and construction, education and training, real estate development and property management, and other fields. After 30 years of accumulation and precipitation, the company has entered a fast and healthy development track. During the '12th Five-Year Plan' period, the company achieved cumulative operating revenue of approximately 6 billion yuan and a net profit of approximately 1.5 billion yuan.
