Their historical evolution is as follows: Jiangxi Xingqi Auditors Firm → Jiangxi Zhonglian Accountants Firm → Jiangxi Puhui Accountants Firm Co., Ltd. → Jiangxi Jintai Accountants Firm Co., Ltd. (part) → Jiangxi HP United Accountants Firm → Jiangxi HP Accountants Firm, Jiangxi HP Assets Appraisal Firm. Jiangxi HP Accounting Judicial Appraisal Institute was approved by the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Justice on July 29, 2003, and is a judicial appraisal institution with independent legal personality serving the public. HP currently has 35 employees, including: 20 Chinese Certified Public Accountants, 8 Certified Asset Appraisers, 6 Certified Tax Agents, 2 Real Estate Appraisers, 4 Land Appraisers, and 5 persons holding judicial appraisal practice certificates issued by the Ministry of Justice. Based on the scale of personnel and business volume, as recognized by the Jiangxi Provincial Institute of Certified Public Accountants, our firm is one of the few large accounting firms in the province. Our firm has a complete range of qualifications and is mainly engaged in audit verification, accounting attestation, asset appraisal, judicial appraisal, credit verification, financial consulting, tax agency, and accounting training. Our clients cover almost all fields including finance, industry and transportation, commerce and trade, agriculture, and administrative and institutional units.
