Jiangxi Aerospace Science and Technology Innovation Development Co., Ltd. was established in October 2013 and is affiliated with China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Aerospace Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. In June 2012, China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the People's Government of Jiangxi Province. To implement the strategic cooperation agreement signed between the Corporation and the People's Government of Jiangxi Province, accelerate the expansion of the Corporation's civil industry into the Jiangxi market, and obtain economic benefits, Shenzhen Aerospace Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aerospace Science and Industry Shenzhen (Group) Co., Ltd., established the project company Jiangxi Aerospace Science and Industry Development Co., Ltd. in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, to invest in and develop the Aerospace Science and Industry Jiangxi Regional Headquarters property project. On May 11, 2015, China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation and the Jiangxi Provincial Government held a signing ceremony in Nanchang to jointly promote the construction of Jiangxi Aerospace Cloud Network. On May 20, Aerospace Cloud Network was officially launched, creating an "Internet + Intelligent Manufacturing" platform that integrates an industrial internet platform, an open entrepreneurship platform, and a producer services platform. On May 11, Chairman Gao Hongwei inspected the Nanchang Aerospace Science and Technology Innovation Center project and required that, relying on this project, an offline industry coaching center for Aerospace Cloud Network be built to cooperate with the online network in carrying out scientific and technological innovation services, implement the Made in China 2025 strategy, respond to the call for "mass entrepreneurship and innovation," advance the Internet Plus action plan, and deepen military-civilian integration. The Aerospace Science and Industry Jiangxi Science and Technology Innovation Service Center, undertaken by Jiangxi Aerospace Science and Industry Development Co., Ltd., was officially inaugurated and began operations on November 11, 2015. Relying on the rich online resources of Aerospace Cloud Network and integrating the internal resources of Aerospace Science and Industry, the Aerospace Science and Industry Jiangxi Science and Technology Innovation Service Center has been built into an "Internet Plus" offline operations center. Making full use of online resource advantages and offline service advantages, guided by innovation, aiming for win-win outcomes, and focusing on platform operations, it has been built into a public resource integration service platform. Through diversified equity or technology service models, it attracts entrepreneurial teams and provides enterprises or project teams with technical consulting services, trial production and testing services, major science and technology special project services, scientific and technological achievement transfer services, and enterprise creation and development consulting services. It also strives to build multiple centers, including a public service center, an industrial high-end forum, an industry promotion center, and a product exhibition center, to meet the diverse needs of enterprises and project teams in research and development, trial production, testing, promotion, and exchange, enhance quality assurance capabilities and levels, add "calcium" to Jiangxi manufacturing, improve independent innovation capabilities and levels, and strengthen the "heart" of Jiangxi creation.
