Chongqing Oupeng Property Management Co., Ltd. (New Oupeng Property Manager) was established in 1998. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of New Oupeng Group, holds the National Level-1 Property Management Qualification, and is a member unit of the China Property Management Association and a governing unit of the Chongqing Property Management Association.
