(referred to as "Shenwan Hongyuan") was formed on January 16, 2015, through the merger of Shenyin Wanguo Securities Co., Ltd., the first joint-stock securities company in New China, and Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd., the first listed securities company in China's capital market. The company has a registered capital of 33 billion yuan and nearly 8,000 employees, with 24 regional branches and 309 business departments (including Western Securities) nationwide, as well as overseas branches in Hong Kong, London, Tokyo, Singapore, and Seoul.
