Modern Land (China) Co., Ltd. was established on January 11, 2000 (referred to as Modern Land, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2013, stock code 1107.HK). The group holds a first-class real estate development qualification and currently comprises international regional companies and over 20 domestic subsidiaries. The company is dedicated to creating a full-lifecycle living environment that integrates green, comfort, energy efficiency, and mobile internet, and building a landmark brand in China's energy-efficient real estate sector - "MOMΛ". Modern Land's core competitiveness lies in creating "a full-lifecycle living home that is green, comfortable, energy-efficient, and mobile-internet-connected" and "unique solutions for heating and cooling, unique solutions for air quality, unique solutions for reducing energy consumption and operating costs, unique solutions for population aging across the full lifecycle, and solutions under the theme of sustainable development."
