Nanchang Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. (formerly Nanchang Architectural Design & Research Institute) was founded in 1958 and is one of the three earliest Grade-A national architectural design institutes in Jiangxi Province. In May 2006, it was restructured into a limited liability company. It holds Grade-A qualifications in engineering design, engineering survey, and engineering consulting; Grade-B qualification in urban planning; and Jiangxi Province construction engineering seismic appraisal qualification. It passed ISO9001 quality system certification in 2001 and environmental and occupational health and safety system certification in 2011. Its business scope covers various aspects including industrial, public, and civil building design, community planning, engineering geological survey and investigation, design document review, engineering budget and estimate preparation, energy-saving assessment report review, seismic appraisal, urban lighting design, and related technical consulting in architecture, geotechnical engineering, planning, highway, municipal public engineering, and engineering project management. At present, the company has Xiamen Branch, Xinjiang Branch, Chengdu Branch, Nanchang Ansha Construction Drawing Design Review Co., Ltd., and Nanchang Ansha Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. The company has spacious office space, advanced technical equipment, and modern office facilities, and has established an internal network management system for real-time information sharing. It focuses on absorbing modern management concepts and cultivating team collaboration spirit, and has formed a professional technical team with proficient business skills and solid foundations. There are currently 193 employees, including 8 professor-level senior engineers, 27 senior engineers, 19 engineers, and 52 various national registered practitioners (including architecture, structure, public equipment, electrical, consulting, geotechnical, planning, and other specialties).
