Lingxin Network Co., Ltd. is an optical network maintenance company with independent legal person status. With its unique operational approach and reliable maintenance force, it provides comprehensive, professional, and high-quality technology-supported services to domestic and international telecom operators, as well as industry and group users. In October 2001, Lingxin Network was officially registered and established. To date, it has preliminarily formed a full-range, all-directional maintenance service system covering the three-level network structure of optical fiber backbone network, provincial network, and metropolitan area network, with service coverage extending to all provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions nationwide except Tibet Autonomous Region. Currently, the total mileage of optical cables under maintenance across the entire network is 95,000 kilometers, and it has long-term cooperation with telecom operators such as China Mobile and China Unicom, engaging in their comprehensive entrusted maintenance business.
