Chongqing Liangjiang Changxing Electric Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was established in August 2015. It is one of the first batch of pilot enterprises for electricity sales side reform in China, and one of the first three electricity sales companies authorized by the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, undertaking the pilot task of electricity sales side reform in Chongqing. In May 2020, the Company became a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Three Gorges Renewables (Group) Co., Ltd., a listed company, opening a new chapter in its development. The Company is the strategic implementation entity of China Three Gorges Renewables (Group) Co., Ltd. with new-type power distribution and retail business as its core, and its main business covers four areas: market-oriented electricity sales, user-side energy storage, distributed energy, and power construction operation and maintenance. Under the strong leadership of China Three Gorges Renewables (Group) Co., Ltd., the Company will earnestly shoulder the mission and task of the implementation entity for power distribution and retail business entrusted by the Group, and strive to achieve new breakthroughs in the development of a leading enterprise in new-type power distribution and retail.
