Chongqing Luneng Development (Group) Co., Ltd. is directly affiliated with Luneng Group Co., Ltd. It was registered and established in Chongqing in 1999 and holds a Grade I qualification for real estate development enterprises. The company has been awarded the titles of "Top Five Chongqing Real Estate Development Enterprises," "Chongqing Real Estate Integrity Enterprise," and "Top 50 Chongqing Taxpaying Enterprises" for many consecutive years.
Since 2015, Luneng Group has actively adjusted its development strategy, proposing four dimensions: ecology, health, sports, and entertainment, to create an international leisure lifestyle. As a pilot unit for the development, reform, and innovation of Luneng Group, Chongqing Company has expanded against the trend, from the core of Liangjiang to the center of Nan'an, from Central Park to the core of Banan, from occupying the north and south of Chongqing to advancing westward into Jiulongpo, continuously expanding new projects. At the same time, six projects are under construction: Luneng Xingcheng, Luneng Lingxiucheng, Luneng Central Mansion, Luneng Nanyu Xingcheng, Luneng City, and Luneng Jiulong Garden. Among them, Luneng Xingcheng has won the "China Civil Engineering Zhan Tianyou Award Gold Award for Excellent Residential Communities," the "Seventh China Habitat Model Landscape Design Gold Award," and the "Chongqing Excellent Residential Demonstration Community," while Luneng Lingxiucheng has won the title of "Villa of Inherited Value."
