Yatong Auto Parts (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. was established on October 30, 2015. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yantai Yatong Precision Machinery Joint-stock Co., Ltd. and a Tier 1 supplier to Shanghai GM. The total investment is 150 million yuan. The factory is located at No. 8, Anji East Road, Jingang New District, Jiangxia Economic Development Zone, Wuhan City. New factory buildings have been built for the manufacturing business of automotive stamping parts, robotic welding system module components, and automotive high-performance composite material parts forming projects. After the project is completed, it is expected to produce body D-pillars, C-pillars, rocker panels and other automotive stamping parts, roll-formed parts, and robotic welding assemblies up to 700,000 sets annually. The production plan is for a large-scale production base, and will purchase large semi-automatic stamping lines, progressive stamping lines, robotic welding production lines, inspection equipment, and utility power facilities, etc.
