Jinjia Group was established in October 1996, officially put into production in 1997, and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2007 with stock code 002191. Its main businesses include high-tech and high-value-added cigarette labels, color box packaging for mid-to-high-end well-known consumer brands, new packaging materials such as laser paper/film and cigarette film, electronic materials, and new-type tobacco products. The group ranks among the top in the industry in terms of production scale, scientific research and innovation capability, and core competitiveness.

The group is headquartered in Shenzhen, owning its self-built office building Jinjia Technology Tower, and has invested in the construction of a 250,000-square-meter intelligent ecological industrial park. It has nearly 60 subordinate companies, with multiple modern packaging production bases in China, and overseas bases in Indonesia, with branches in Malaysia, the UK, France, and other countries.

The group adheres to independent innovation and possesses strong R&D capabilities and strength, having established a packaging research institute, an optical materials research institute, a joint R&D center for new polymer micro-nano structured materials, and a flexible electronics research institute. The group has obtained 1,072 authorized patents, participated in the formulation of multiple national/industry standards, and has been ranked first in China's top 100 printing enterprises for three consecutive years.
