岗位职责：
1、沟通并处理业务需求，负责内部信息化的系统设计、详细设计，能进行抽象、建模；
2、负责软件产品概要设计、详细设计，并完成系统开发及持续优化改造；
3、解决产品开发过程中出现的技术难题，优化代码提升性能；
4、积极主动，具备较强的学习能力和责任心，具备良好的需求分析能力、良好的团队协作能力、与团队精神；
5、承担关键模块的研发工作，并对整体项目交付进度负责。

任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业，全日制一本学历，5年以上Java开发经验；
2、java基础知识扎实，熟悉集合、I/O、多线程、了解JVM工作原理，熟悉java领域常用框架的使用和原理；
3、熟练使用Mybatis、Spring、SpringMvc、SpringBoot、spring cloud等开源框架；
4、熟练MySQL、Oracle，对数据库有较强的设计能力，同时熟悉SQL优化；
5、具有Cursor、Gemini-cli、Qcoder等国内外AI编程工具使用经验；
6、掌握Git、Maven等开发过程管理、开发工具，具备良好的编程习惯、较强的文档编写能力、学习能力和沟通能力；
7、独立负责过较大型的模块或项目，有高性能编码及性能调优的能力，有良好的需求分析和业务领域建模经验，并能够指导他人工作；
8、具有较强的团队合作能力和责任心，能够主动高效的完成任务，能够承担压力，团队意识强，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题。
