Salary and benefits:
1. Internal medicine licensed physician (basic salary + performance bonus): 8,000-15,000 yuan/month;
2. Internal medicine attending physician (basic salary + performance bonus): 10,000-17,000 yuan/month;
3. Clinical nurse (basic salary + performance bonus): 4,000-7,000 yuan/month;
