Wuhan Gaosimei Innovation Industry Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as COSMIC) was established in 1997. It is a professional company providing an integrated service for corporate image signage systems, from concept conception and standard design to production, installation, maintenance, and project management. The industrial park is currently one of the large-scale signage and light box production bases in the Asia-Pacific region, equipped with advanced production and testing equipment.

Development History
Wuhan Gaomei: Founded in 1997, specializing in the production of neon signs, light boxes, and billboards;
Chongqing Gaosimei: Founded in 2000, based in Chongqing with authoritative technical support and complete process management, radiating to the western region;
Gaosimei Group: Founded in 2005, with registered capital of 17.89 million yuan; positioned around corporate image signage system engineering, as the corporate headquarters, located in central China, radiating nationwide, and facing the world.
Gaosimei Testing: Founded in 2008, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gaosimei. It is a national signage enterprise with steel structure testing qualifications issued by the Ministry of Construction. Equipped with ***registered engineers and other professional testing personnel and facilities. The enterprise truly realizes the management leap from "production processization" to "testing databased".
Gaosimei Creation Center: Founded in 2008, with 2 PhDs in visual communication, 3 masters in graphic design, and 11 senior designers, conducting strategic cooperation and discussions with Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Hubei University of Technology, and other institutions.

Industrial Park Introduction
Gaosimei Industrial Park is located in the Dongxihu Bonded Zone. It was built in 2009, covers a total area of more than 40,000 square meters, and has more than 326 employees nationwide, with professionally certified technical personnel accounting for 55% of the total. Annual production capacity can reach 300 million yuan. It is currently one of the large-scale signage production bases in the Asia-Pacific region. It truly achieves scaled production and data-based testing. With Wuhan headquarters as the center, it is based in central China, radiates nationwide, and faces the world!
Gaosimei Industrial Park was officially relocated and put into production on November 10, 2010. It is composed of five independent buildings: Workshop No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3, a comprehensive building, and an office building.
Workshop No. 1 covers 3,600 square meters. Its main equipment includes large overhead cranes, shot blasting equipment, and baking paint rooms. It mainly focuses on large steel frame structures. The workshop has about 12 production personnel and produces at least 8 sets of Sinopec brand column products per day.
Workshop No. 2 covers 7,600 square meters. Its main equipment includes imported Japanese Mitsubishi laser machines, domestic advanced CNC shearing machines, CNC bending machines, vacuum forming machines, AC/DC welding equipment, clean rooms, testing laboratories, etc. It mainly produces chain signs, guide signs, light boxes, three-dimensional luminous character signs, building lighting, and other signage. The laboratory and testing room are also located in Workshop No. 2. The experimental equipment includes: universal testing machines and high-strength bolt testers, etc.; the testing equipment includes: coating thickness gauges, electronic theodolites, levels, ultrasonic flaw detectors, ultrasonic thickness gauges, vernier calipers, laser rangefinders, etc., multi-angle gloss meters, digital insulation resistance testers.
Workshop No. 3 has a total area of 16,000 square meters. The preliminary plan is for the first floor to be mainly for metal signage production. It is expected that the workshop will have more than 30 production personnel and produce more than 10 sets of signage products per day. The second floor is for the production of small steel frames and signage shell frames. It is expected that the workshop will have more than 20 production personnel and produce more than 8 sets of signage products per day.
The industrial park consists of two brick-red *** buildings at the front and back. The front building is a 3,600-square-meter office building, mainly used for company offices, reception, and meetings. The back building is a 5,200-square-meter comprehensive building, mainly functioning as an employee cafeteria, dormitory, entertainment, etc.
