Hunan New Dream Group was founded in September 2013. In April 2016, it acquired four branch companies: New Dream Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd. (referred to as "New Dream Real Estate"), Hunan New Brilliance Commercial Real Estate Management Co., Ltd., Hunan House Buyer Network Technology Co., Ltd., and Hunan Shengshi Huarong Investment Management Co., Ltd., and was officially renamed "New Dream Group". With New Dream Real Estate as the core, it is an enterprise group integrating real estate leasing, buying and selling, trusteeship, new home agency, commercial planning, investment promotion, sales, finance, payment, online platform distribution and other businesses.
