3. Working hours and holidays
A 5-day work week with weekends off, 8-hour workdays.
Working hours: Start time (8:00-9:00), End time (17:00-18:00), with 1-hour flexibility.

Holidays: All national statutory holidays; at least 5 days of paid annual leave after 1 year of employment (up to 15 days);
