Chongqing Yuhai Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Yuhai Group) is a wholly state-owned enterprise approved by the Chongqing Municipal Government in 2003. Its predecessor was Chongqing Jiangbei Civil Airport General Company (Chongqing Engineering Construction General Company), a wholly state-owned enterprise approved by the municipal government in 1985. Yuhai Group has a registered capital of 105 million yuan, assets of nearly 3 billion yuan, and more than 500 professional and technical personnel.
Yuhai Group is mainly engaged in building construction, with business covering real estate development, project agency, engineering supervision, supply of building materials and equipment, property management, and operation of large shopping malls.
