Its major shareholders include Jingwei Textile Machinery (A-share code: 000666), a listed subsidiary of China Hengtian Group, a central state-owned enterprise; a renowned international investment bank; and the domestic well-known financial services group Zhongzhi Group. In 2018, Hengtian Fortune celebrated its tenth anniversary. Over the decade, Hengtian Fortune has grown from the private banking department of Zhongrong Trust into a large-scale financial services group, now employing more than 4,000 professionals and providing professional services in wealth management, asset management, financial education, and other fields.
