(hereinafter referred to as the Company) is a private limited liability company established in January 1996 with a registered capital of RMB 3.8 million. Located at 2358 Huicheng South Road, Jiading Industrial Zone, Shanghai, the Company covers an area of 32,600 square meters. The Company possesses hundreds of sets of various precision machining and measuring equipment introduced from the United States, Germany, Japan, and domestically, and has over 400 employees. The Company is mainly engaged in the technology development, manufacturing, sales, and import/export business of automotive parts. It is a production-oriented enterprise that combines cold and hot processing, with a focus on professional manufacturing. Leveraging the rapid development of China's automotive industry, the Company has become a supplier to mainstream enterprises such as Bosch Huayu, Mando Chassis, JTEKT Steering Systems, Nexteer Automotive Systems, and ZF Automotive Technology. The chassis components it produces, including electric power steering systems and electric braking system components, are matched to hundreds of vehicle models for multiple vehicle manufacturers. The Company is a leading enterprise in the core components of automotive electric power steering and a key supplier of the two actuators for intelligent driving: intelligent steering and intelligent braking.

The Company has passed the IATF-16949 quality system certification and ISO-14001 environmental management system certification by German TUV Rheinland. Actively adopting advanced international management models, the Company focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of precision automotive components. Currently, it possesses hundreds of various processing equipment, including fully automatic turning centers, multi-axis CNC machining machines, KESEL CNC gear hobbing machines, Gleason and LIEBHERR CNC gear hobbing machines, multi-station grinding machines with in-line inspection, and MAE fully automatic CNC straightening machines, as well as measuring equipment such as ZEISS coordinate measuring machines and Gleason-MM gear measuring centers. With comprehensive supporting capabilities integrating design, R&D, and manufacturing, the Company is one of the major suppliers and collaborative supporting units for Shanghai's automotive industry.
