1. Hunan Shuguang Education Group was founded in 1983. Its predecessor was affiliated with Hunan Shuguang Electronic Group (formerly the state-owned Shuguang 770 Factory). Wang Yongyuan, then director of the Resettlement Office of Shuguang Group, founded Shuguang Radio Technology Training School, which has developed into today's Hunan Shuguang Education Group. After more than 30 years of effort, the group company has followed the educational philosophy of "being able to do things when entering a factory, and being able to make a living when entering society." It has now formed a group company with a development pattern focused on secondary vocational education, adult higher education, vocational training and certification, certification examinations for special industry personnel, and entrepreneurship and employment vocational guidance services, becoming a model pioneer in vocational skill education, vocational training, and skill certification.
