Xiamen EPWK Network Technology Co., Ltd. was established on March 25, 2011, with its headquarters in Xiamen, Fujian. It is a typical case of the sharing economy in the 'China Sharing Economy Development Report' (issued by the National Development and Reform Commission), an e-commerce demonstration enterprise, and a project undertaking unit of the National Science and Technology Support Program, dedicated to creating a new engine for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China and for driving the online employment of millions of creative service talents. In August 2018, EPWK completed a B-round financing of 100 million yuan. Subsequently, EPWK underwent structural adjustments and optimization, and made a leap in its group brand. In October 2018, it launched a new group brand 'Zhihui EPWK' in Beijing. Zhihui EPWK is an enterprise service platform that aggregates professional wisdom and intelligent applications, and has initially formed five major business segments: artificial intelligence and big data, creative services, entrepreneurship incubation, intellectual property, and finance and taxation. It has sub-brands such as EPWK AI Intelligent, EPWK, EPWK Preferred, EPWK Maker, EPWK Intellectual Property, and EPWK Finance and Taxation. Zhihui EPWK aims to build an ecological enterprise service system of 'services + products + resource platform'. Taking the massive data accumulated by the EPWK platform as the horizontal layout, it conducts deep development in vertical segmented fields, constantly trying new areas and new categories in enterprise services to provide more comprehensive and efficient services to enterprises.
