It was established in 1997 in the Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone with a total investment of USD 25 million, covering an area of 40,000 square meters, with a factory building area of 13,000 square meters. International Paper (Wuhan) Packaging Co., Ltd. is International Paper's only paper packaging plant in Wuhan. It has current world-class production equipment and standardized factory buildings, mainly producing medium- and high-grade corrugated paperboard products and cartons. At present, it has an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons of corrugated paperboard and 40 million square meters of corrugated cartons. Its products are widely used in home appliances, electronic instruments, the food industry, mechanical and chemical industries, telephones and telecommunications, copiers, computers, and many other fields.
